Weight Watchers- week 2 results

Lasts weeks weigh in really surprised me with how much I lost in such a short space of time. Considering when I was on the 5:2 diet, at the 10 week mark I had lost 8.5Ib, which you can see all the results here.

Have I finally found a diet that is working with my body and actually doing what it says on the tin? Well this week is my 2nd week. It has been the "star" week, so hormones all over the place, and the horrid chocolate cravings kicked in. I can normally take it or leave it, as I'm more of a savoury girl. However, I counted every last drop that went in my mouth. If it was in my hand, it was pointed before it even hit my lips. I ended up using all my 49 weekly points on top of all my dailies. And an extra 1. Whoops. Although, I have decided to not count activity points, as I feel this could hinder me, with wanting to eat the points.
 
When I say activity points, I haven't been able to do much extra activity then family life prevails due to my knee injury, which I mentioned last week. This is due to allergic reactions to the medication, and more doctor trips in the "work out" time allotted, or just because it was painful.
 
So this week I nervously stepped on the scales, and let out a massive sigh of relief...
 

 
How have I managed to loose that amount in just 2 weeks? This makes me realise that I can be where I want to be when we go on holiday to Florida at the end of the year. It may not be the body I want for our upcoming holiday, but I am in a better place then just two weeks ago.
 
If you follow me on Instagram, you will see a lot of my dinners uploaded. Sad I know, but it makes me want to produce lovely food, to enjoy. If it looks nice, most of the time it tastes nice too.
 
Fajita unwrapped, jacket potato with beans, family picnic, cheese on toast (burnt) big Mac in a bowl, eggs benedict.
 
My goal for next week is 2.5Ib... it is going to be tough going to get that result, as I have a gorgeous meal coming up on Friday, and I am already eyeing up the salted caramel fondue dessert. This means I will have to be good the rest of the week including on the days out we have planned. One last weigh in before our holiday to France, can I get the 2.5Ib to reach my 5% body loss award? The benefits of loosing that amount of weight are amazing, which you can read about here. I'm really hoping the reduces aches and pain one works...

  4. Well done on the loss thats a good result after a big one the week before. Dont be dissapointed to use your extra points thats what they are there for, when you HAVE to have a little cake or bit of chocs so keep your chin up :) x #weightlosswednesday

It seems Weight Watchers is really working for you - the 5:2 diet was hard core and I could see how disappointed you were with your losses but you are totally rocking it right now.
